The descriptions for our products are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant that our product descriptions and content are always up-to-date. Feel comfortable to contact us through our contact page before you purchase any of our items. Kamala Kaftan products are one-size pieces, designed to fit all body types.

Note that we have selected the fabrics for our production randomly. Your product will have the same fabric as shown on our website, but each item is unique, so you might not receive the same pattern placement.

All orders for products are subject to availability, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value.

Kamaka Kaftan reserves the right to make changes to the site, prices, policies, products, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review our Terms and Conditions each time.

Pricing

The prices applied to our products are subject to change without prior notice. Be informed, that prices do not include duty and tax fees for international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. The prices displayed on our website exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount.

While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming the order at the correct price.

If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled, and if you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.  

Payments

All transactions are SSL-secured

Kamala Kaftan uses Stripe and PayPal solutions. By using Stripe and PayPal, the customer has the choice between a CB payment, Visa & Mastercard or a direct payment via a PayPal account.

PayPal's terms and conditions apply as soon as the redirection to the PayPal payment interface is made.  

Shipping

When specifying the shipping address, please make sure the information is correct (apartment number, zip code, phone number, email address, etc.) or your order will be delayed or cancelled.

Items purchased that are shipped to specific countries may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country. The customer is responsible for all import fees.

To obtain details regarding the actual import fees or documentation regarding customs clearance, you may look for information in your home country before purchase.

Cancellations, Modifications & Returns

14-Day Returns

We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be challenging. That’s why we will process your request as soon as possible only if these conditions are met:

  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
  • Return requests with their respective order number must be sent within 14 days of receipt of your order through our contact page.
  • We don’t accept any online return which has not been authorized.
  • Earrings are the only products that cannot be returned for health reasons.
  • Products might be returned to us with original packaging, unworn, unwashed.
  • If the garment is faulty, please contact us through our contact page.
  • Products bought on SALE are not eligible for returns/refunds
  • We can only exchange your items; we DO NOT offer cash refunds.
  • Exchanges are not acceptable when it comes to sizes as all our items are one-size-fits.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the wrong product is sent to the customer, return shipping costs would be the responsibility of Kamala Kaftan. We suggest sending returns via a traceable shipping method as Kamala Kaftan is not responsible for returns that are not received. Kamala Kaftan will refund customers up to 30 days after receiving the return, via the same payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time. All adjustments and amendments to our Terms and Conditions will be posted online.
