Cancellations, Modifications & Returns

14-Day Returns

We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be challenging. That’s why we will process your request as soon as possible only if these conditions are met:

• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• Return requests with their respective order number must be sent within 14 days of receipt of your order through our contact page.
• We don’t accept any online return which has not been authorized.
• Earrings are the only products that cannot be returned for health reasons.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
• If the garment is faulty, please contact us through our contact page.
• We DO NOT accept return requests on Sale items.
• We can only exchange your items; we DO NOT offer cash refunds.
• Exchanges are not acceptable when it comes to sizes as all our items are one-size-fits.

All return shipping costs, custom fees, taxes, and duties on any replacement or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If there is a mistake on our end, reach out to us for a refund. In this case, return shipping costs would be the responsibility of Kamala Kaftan. We suggest sending returns via a traceable shipping method as Kamala Kaftan is not responsible for returns that are not received. Kamala Kaftan will refund customers up to 30 days upon receiving the returned item, via the same payment method used by the Customer.
